I'm pretty sure the Hungarians in Romania don't go around mobbing people because welfare isn't enough. The ones stuck in Romania (I couldn't find a better word than "stuck", really) mostly want to come back but for some retarded political reason, they can't.

As a matter of fact, Romania pays more welfare to Hungarians doing nothing, then to actual Romanians. There are alot of Hungarian gangs as well, and 41% of all break-ins are commited by Hungarians. And there isn't a single Hungarian that is 'stuck' in Romania. Please name me the political reason why they can't come back, since the way you're making it sound is that Romania is holding them 'prisoner' or something. If there is any political reason, it's that the Hungarians are ashamed of their own country (who was one of the first to join the Germans during WW II. With help from Germany, they forced Romania to give up Transylvania to Hungary, and later forced Romania to join the war on Germany's side) and don't want to go back.
