Drawn and colored in OC. This was a request/gift art for my friend Sleyer, of his fursona enjoying some personal time.<br /><br />Working on the pose for this one was fun, and learning to color with my tablet was also great. Shading was so much easier than with a mouse! I&#039;m not sure how I did on the glasses, but I gave it my best shot. Those are supposed to be clear lenses. They&#039;re only colored because you can see his fur on the other side through them, slightly discolored because glasses warp light and stuff... Anyway! So, I was up well into the night learning the ropes of my new tablet, and this is what I came up with!<br /><br />This is Mai Ranson, one of my oldest characters, and one of Cooper&#039;s best friends. Don&#039;t let the business suit fool you, she&#039;s a livewire! This fiery, rambunctious calico tends to look after herself, and she&#039;s more than capable!<br /><br />This is my first entirely digital work, done in OC. I talk with my boyfriend, Tim, about a lot of things. One thing we occassionally talk about is children. So, I got to thinking... what would our child look like? So, I started sketching, pondering what a fox/tiger hybrid might look like. This is what came out. And I also pondered what you might call such a creature. The name I came up with is a Tigox.<br /><br />Now, this is not just any Tigox. This is the child of Cooper and Tim.<br /><br />(Wait a minute, you&#039;re both male! You can&#039;t have children! *shank*) Ahem, sorry about that, now as I was saying...<br /><br />Thus, I gave him my surname of Vulpaw. And why Taylor? Because I decided long ago that if I ever had children, my firstborn would be named Taylor. So, this is what our son, Taylor, would look like as an adult. Maybe I&#039;ll draw him as a child someday, too. This is a commission I&#039;m working on for Decnal. He and his wolf friend, Krois have been really hitting it off, and he wanted a fun picture sequence for them that includes a few of their shared interests. So, while Decnal, the rubber folf plays a bit with Krois the wolf, he is also slowly getting swallowed whole by a rather large snake.<br /><br />This is the first picture in a series for them, though I&#039;m not sure yet exactly how many pictures I&#039;ll end up with. This is also good practice on backgrounds for me.
