Database server is offline for yet unknown reasons. Investigating the situation.
Website has been offline for approximately one and a half hours already.

We were able to contact our representative at the colocation facility. Unfortunately, the press got there first, and had already snagged the story even before we were notified what had been going on. Without further proof obtained yet, all we have now is this furry media news coverage.

At about this time, the database server for the popular furry art site 'Furaffinity' went down. 'FA's elite administration team immedatitly issued calm assurances that rumors that large black van filled with people with afros and Guy Fawkes masks was spotted leaving the scene, followed by explosions, were 100% unfounded.

Instead of doing good reporting which we discarded back in the 70s, we talk to a random person in the street instead of talking to the knowledgeable tech people. We go now go live to our Ace Reporter, Imma Moran, in some unrelated location. Imma?

<ImmaMoran> "B.S., I'm standing here in the streets of Bangkok, Thailand, and the news here has hit the local people hard. Here's what one person had to say,"

<ImmaMoran> "What do you think of the rumors that men in Guy Fawkes masks and afros blew up the datacenter that hosted Furaffinity's servers?"
<Bangkok Resident> "*unintelligable Thai showing great urgency*" (("You idiot woman, get out of the road!"))

*cut back to live feed*

<ImmaMoran> "As you can see, B.S., the locals are upset about the situation. One could only hope that the servers get restored soon. I'm Imma Moran, for the B.S. News Network."
We'll be checking the tapes filmed by security cameras, and data read by the biometric scanners to find out who was behind this act.
