      Oh! I need some help browser testing Konqueror. I hear it has the best CSS2/3 support of any browser, but I have no way to test that.

   so is the table-cell issue the reason why the images get broken into new lines all over the place in Konqueror too? — install Virtual PC and kubuntu on it, btw; and another VPC with Win98 or something light like that that can take IE6; great for testing!

         Konq has the same^W^W a very similar HTML engine, so you could make do with that — and ’tis free. I think the only thing Saf knows better is the JavaScript support. I might be wrong though.
         
         I never used these hacky CSS properties before, so I can't really help with them; but I guess table-cells feel best inside table-rows :P Dunno
         
         Also, rounded corners: feel free to include the properly named ones, I think Konq and Opera might bite on those. Or at least on -khtml- and -o- :P

            I'll have to fiddle with different browsers when I go back to work...
            
            As for the CSS hackery, I used table-cell so I could align the images vertically and let them center fluidly.

                  I implemented a fix for IE-type browsers...but I ended up using the float:left; method employed in the message centre.
