A good ISP offer, yeah, but...Posted 8 months ago
Today (October 18th), while seeing the TV, I saw an ad of a guy that makes a blog about his earring and all that (for the people in Spain, you know which ISP I'm talking about), and then it said: 10Mbps of download.
Yeah, that's kinda cool here in Spain. But then I looked for information in the website, and saw the price: 45€ per month (52€ counting the added tax), ok, that's great, before you needed like 150€ per month to have 8Mbps, now it's cheaper. But then I've looked for the upload rate speed in the website: 320kbps. You know, I was thinking about the idea of getting the 10 Mbps of speed, but seeing that the upload speed is still the same, I prefer to go like now (3Mbps of download and 320kbps of upload) better than paying more for downloading faster but still being bad at uploading. Come on, if they can raise the download rate speed, they can also raise the upload rate speed at least. I'm not going to raise the speed if the upload rate is still bad, I prefer to save money in that case. My recommendation for the ones who are searching for a better connection is to get information from everyone, search and ask for it seeking in the site of the company and calling them if needed, and getting a good download AND upload speed at a cheaper price with really good conditions (if it's cheap but it has a lot of problems, then search another). This is my tip, now you can do what you see better for you when searching for the mighty internet connection. |
