Invasion Of Fur Affinity.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who's noticed the thousands of new artists that has only RECENTLY joined Furry Art Pile. I don't want to sound like a prude or anything, but this site was a lot better without as much traffic. Because FA is down, everyone is coming here now. I remember when I could do a browse and still see pictures I posted months ago within only a couple of clicks. Now I can't even see pictures I posted hours ago with hundreds of clicks. It just goes to show how much extra content is being added regularly now. I'm slightly disappointed, but everyone needs an out-let while they wait for FA to come back...if it ever does. I just hope that all the new attention to this site doesn't crash FAP, or bring the negativity FA is notorious for to FAP.

  • There isn't much to say about me. I'm no more a human than the chair you sit on. No, though I exist I only do so as something that should be resemble yourself. I am a part of you, and you are a part of me. I'm more an ideal than anything else. A concept of something deep down inside that reminds you of who you are. I am the shadows, I bend and mold to the shape of the entity I'm shadowing. I wish not to be just one way. A rock is solid and does not bend; and what does not bend is all the easier to break. The river's current is swift, and though it bends it has no form, and follows the journey set forth by it, carved by nature and carving into nature. I'm versatile, everything has a shadow when light is cast upon it. I can only be destroyed, when brought completely from the darkness and into the light.

          Don't give up hope so quickly, my dear. I too am incapable of perfect art, but I continue to post with hopes that at least someone shall come to like what I do. I enjoyed the praises from Fur Affinity, and the 28 people who chose to watch me. I'm sure the number of people who desired nothing but to behold the splendor that you offered, was vastly more than just the meager numbers I had. Your talents were remarkable as I recall, and I had had hopes of seeing you draw my character Harmony, who sadly enough shall not exist on this site. I don't feel like getting all my works from Fur Affinity back just to put them up here, and thus I decided to start over anew here. I'm actually kind of exicted. I want you to be happy here too.

            i am happy here i just have lost all my inspiration i want to draw i just can't bring my self to do it no more wich saddens me and depresses me so much i just wanna cry i use to enjoy drawing now i can't do the one thing that use to make me happy now i just feel like a Soulless Zombie wandering the corridoors of a vacent hotel :(

              You know I've never heard anyone describe themselves as a "soul-less zombie wandering the corridoors of a vacent hotel" before. Perhaps writing is your passion. It certainly is mine as well, but I'm a bit too reluctant to share my writings with others. I don't want to have to filter my own works because for the most part they're sexual in nature. However, it does pain me to hear that you no longer desire to draw. I mentioned it before that I've not decided to make art my life, like some people have, but it's still fun to do from time to time, and I wish that you were capable (or willing) to give it another shot. What happened that would make a hobby become something you would later dread?

                writting reminds me to much of RPing and i have given that up a long time ago it hurts to much and drawing i loved to draw but now i just can't :( never mind any way do'nt worry about it. its just not worth worrying about its my problem so don't worry please
