Posting character pics

So technically I'm not supposed to post any pics of my character drawn by others. Yet some of the artists that drew a few of those pictures have either sworn off drawing furry art and/or have disappeared from the internets for all practical purposes. So that puts me in a kind of loophole as far as the rules are concerned. What's a friendly art stalker to do?
