No access to FA again

Has anyone else been getting the timed out connection trying to access FA, or am I the only one? Over the past few days, I've been getting connection timeouts and it seems others are able to access FA day in and day out. I can't even access it via PSP or my Wii. I'm getting extremely annoyed about it, too.
