    Try resistance training. Diets are ineffective and unhealthy, and cardio is really annoying. It takes more willpower than actual strength and the more muscle you build the more calories you burn just sitting around. I'm losing more weight (I think) working weights than I did during years of aerobics and starving myself.

      Eh, when I say "diet" I mean my regular eating habits. Which is to try and keep my fat intact low.
      I also workout regularly both lifting weights and running/other. ^^
