Going to take a break

Posted 1 week ago

Hey guys,

Since FA's down and i know some of the same people on their are on here. I just wanted to get this out of the way.

First off i want to say thank you to everyone who has supported me through the years. My fans, friends, and family, you have all meant something special to me. Thank You for everything.

Its been some time since i posted anything decent, anywhere, online. My art still means alot to me but as for actually coming up with anything worth posting...I just cant do it. The more i try the more stressed out i become and its not helping me feel better about things. So....I think its time I slip back and let things continue on without me for a little while. For how long? I don't know. I just need to take a break and get things sorted out. Cause right now...my life's pretty screwed up and its not gonna get any better unless i put an effort into it.

Im sorry to those of you who are disappointing, thankful to those of you who understand, and hopeful to those of you who are sad to see me make this choice.

But in the long run, I will be back and I will be better then ever. So....

This is tkc2021 sending out my love to all of you. Take care guys.

I'll see you in the funny pages. *winks and waves* Later.

It's hard to go through your own revolution in your art style while living in the emotional gutters of life.

I'm doing the same thing with myself too, completely going back to the basics and reading up to start anew, and I feel the same way about my own art at times.

T.K., if there's anything I know is that you should primarily do art for fun. And if that takes you a while to unscrew yourself and to improve yourself, then it's definitely worth pushing through with that so you can enjoy what you do.

Fun first, technique and improvement on the side. Look up some videos of Jim Lee doing his comic thing in Youtube. It might inspire you.

I wanna hug you if I can, and just hope for the best that you'll find more about yourself on your leave, and take your time to do what needs to get done away from the computer screen.

No worries, dood. I had to do the same thing a couple month ago and I can tell you it was totally worth it. Really helps to get crap out of the way before it builds up.

We'll wait for your muse to come back.

    Much love.

No need to be sorry. If it's something you need to do, then you should do it.

The only people that would be pissed off at you not posting because of life issues are people that don't really care about you anyway, and who needs them?

Well, it's a sad thing to see you go, but I'd rather see you return with news that everything's good in life than see you post art every day but be miserable. (Neither really applies, but I'm hoping for number one)

Here's to hoping you manage to sort everything out, and come back when you're ready. <3~

    Good luck

You will be right here *points to head, then heart* until you return.

True friends will understand and be waiting for you when you return.

Sometimes an orca's gotta do what an orca's gotta do.

    Good luck for smooth sailing.

Sometimes you have to put things in priority, get things done. Take the time to get things in order so that there'll be less clutter to block your mind from what you enjoy doing.

Sometimes, this can take a while, even years. But, in the end, that peace is so worth it. Stay strong on your Path, big guy.

    It shall be done.
    then undone,
    and done again.

it is life, and it is exciting.
you go do what you do, and never look back.
(cuz its not like, you will go back the same path you came.)
