A lot of swearing ahead. What the fuck is this shit with this bill that will make art theft legal???? Art theft is NOT LEGAL!!!!!!!!!!! The USA goverment is officaliy FUCKED UP!!!!! If this bill comes through, then I'm taking down everything I puted up here on dA! Edit.
