Artist commentary

Just a quick doodle I did in my spare time between working on a website redesign for morningstar, planning a website for smokeforears, and going to school. I think this took about an hour. I'm quite pleased with it.

We recently set up my old 65 gallon fish tank in the living room so that smokeforears could put her frog (Butters) and her turtle (Blathers) into a bigger home. They really seem to enjoy it so far. I've been watching Blathers a lot, and I decided to draw a turtle, only in my own special way. Butters will probably inspire me to draw some sort of frog-type thing soon, so keep an eye out for that.

I'm not quite sure what's going on here, I just kind of let things flow. I got a little lazy on the legs, but overall I'm pretty content with how this piece turned out. Enjoy.

      I don't know, I'm pretty new here and still getting used to things. Somebody told me it can take a while for things to update here, so it may just be a delay hopefully.
