like an idiot, i downloaded some software. After, i got 78 viruses and a pop up said "Youve been Rick Rolled!" whats this mean?

whats weird i throught that this virus was downloading info of my computer and i went phew it was my realplayer lolz and its good that the new verison can download any video and play it back and if it has no rights well you can keep it youtube don't i think there like an open server .....
