Here's the finished version of Chibi Sirius on Adobe Illustrator
YAY! I finished this before Spring Break starts! X3

I might work on this in Photoshop, ya know for shading and stuff.
Until then, enjoy Chibi Sirius and his weapon, Suigetsu1
Hehe oh yeah, there is wind blowing, the reason why the chain is "floating" XD
