"He who lost connection with the world, roams to find a missing friend. He who was exposed to the highest and the most strongest source, killsfor defense. He, Galio Grivon, was once a peaceful dragonkin living out his life until the devastating storm swept his firend into the abyss. Sworn to find him, he gave up his mind and soul."

yep. he lost connection with the world. so in other words, he's insane. :P well, here is a dragonkin named Galio Grivon who was exposed to the max level of nether. so that means he stayed in the Maelstrom for about a year to transform into that thing.
