I love this... just being able to draw Calvin and Hobbes is such a wonderful experience. There definitely is something magical about them :)

And, yes, I know the style is not perfect, but it was my first attempt, I'll definitely draw more C&H in the future, and I'll definitely get better with the style :)

Also, major props goes to Kamui (http://www.furaffinity.net/user/kamui) for inspiring me to draw this!

I hope you all enjoy viewing this as much as I did making it :)

Dude, theres about 1000+ C&H strips... and I know they played pirate in at least one of them... And if not, just use your "imagination"!!!

I've read every single "Calvin and Hobbes" strip in existance. I can safely say there are no pirate ones. But if there had been they definatly would ahve been great.

But that is the only one. It's easy to forget a single strip.

I remember building my own transmogrifier and using it up in my tree fort, and making my own version of Calvinball (though I guess it effectively turned out to be the same thing). I think everyone sincerely misses that time of their lives.

It is for this reason there needs to be much less Sonic porn.

Hehehe... I never had a "transmogifier" but I did transform many cardboard boxes into forts and spaceships when I was younger =) And truthfully, that's why I love being an artist! The fantastic and imaginative times of my youth never really left, and I've found a great way to continuously express them.

And I definitely agree with the "Sonic" thing... and the Lion King... and The Secret of NIMH...etc. I personally can't stand that "rule 34" crap, and I'm actually quite happy that C&H art has stayed relatively clean.

Cool! C&H is definitely one of the best comics - too bad Bill stopped drawing it.
