Artist commentary

A concept for a blue shark character, an anatomically correctly male with an actual shark head.

Also concept for pants for shark men.

Don't fret, those are his pelvic fins (belly fins) hanging out. Nothing sexual, Perhaps a bit sensual. but not sexual. ;)

    at least you know about the fins! man, before I took Ichthyology I had no idea how much the fins meant. the little glasses are win though ^^

    The character itself is really cool. You don't see anthro sharks much at all! I'm really impressed with the coloring, though. It looks really smooth, but casual. The spotty outline is a really good finishing touch, too. Great stuff!
