Artist commentaryI just had to get out of the art block I was having for weeks now.One morning at base I took a piece of paper and started drawing a face…I liked it and capt on working on it…I got home and started drawings him a body…I scanned and loved it….so in the end. Snap ! Say hello to Ivan Drake ! and just like my old tradition...his helf Mutt and helf Wolf ... an hybrid ofcourse. I loved him so much I decided to keep him as a regular char of mine. …..yes…..i can see it….no mistake there people…his missing an arm … why? There’s a good reason in his past (that I come up with really fast in my mind OO) but I cant tell it just now. Beside that as you all can see I got a new style to my shading…and i did got a direction towards this by some really cool friends of mine which I thank (I did it alone god damn it !!! but I got some advices and a lesson on how to shade correctly... so thank you Ivy and Bo). So anyway…I hope you’ll all love him and I know his different because of his disabilities…not something you see here everyday. |
